Eligible electric bikes and scooters purchased from Bargain Bays include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

For warranty assistance, simply contact our support team with your order number and photos or videos of the issue.
